Not Home Alone Sober Coaching Services

AIR’s Not Home Alone sober coaching program offers a structured transition for a period of 2-5 days, dependent on need. An AIR mentor will pick up the client at their treatment center, travel home with them, and guide them through the process of re-entry. Specific elements of this program include:

  • An AIR structured schedule to ease the transition back into daily routine
  • Implementation of the prescribed continuing care plan
  • Assistance in finding a local 12-step program
  • Assistance in finding a temporary sponsor
  • Assistance in ensuring both home and office are supportive environments
  • Guidance in “catching up” on bills, mail, and obligations
  • Supervision of family “reunion” and any necessary family discussions
  • Specialized programs for professionals returning to work and adolescents returning to school

AIR Mentors
AIR selects mentors based on their experience, education, and training, as well as their local community knowledge. The primary source for mentors is our regional management team who are experienced in recovery and recovery based services.

Key Information
AIR’s intent is to provide professional response and guidance through a transition period. We do not intend to provide therapy, treatment, or delivery of a twelve step program. We help people access services, tools, and local resources to enable each individual to support his/her own recovery program and recommended aftercare.
